What are these spots on my ducks bill?!?

I just found these spots on my ducks bill the other day, ever had anything like this befor, and none of my other ducks do either. Is this a disease? a fungus? or just normal? also had some things on her one foot to that I have never seen abecor, and I do feet checks ever so often.

Did you ever figure out what the freckles were? Or what they mean?

My female Pekin got these overnight and I'm curious what they mean. I thought I read somewhere they were due to egg production requiring more of something than she's able to consume thru her diet but mine has never layed before. However she's reaching the age where she should be any time now. She's also been shedding a lot of fluff the last day or two. And our Drake's have been all over her lately.

Both my 5 month old Runners females have freckles too! I believe it’s just hormones. She sounds like she’s molting and how many drakes to females do you have?

Too many lol 3:1 we desperately need more duck hens and plan to mix the flock with chickens hopefully sooner than later. About a month ago we adopted these ducks. Her Pekin mate does a good job protecting her from too much attention from the other boys and for the most part they all get along well. I'm trying to do the best I can for them and make them as happy as can be. I know what they really need are more girls but for the time being that's easier said than done.

I do. I will let her and her mate spend time together in the run and let the other two hang out in the barn with the top doors open. The two pekins instantly appear less stressed. And she doesn't follow closely behind him hiding from the others.

I’d advise getting your drakes more females before you bring home chickens . Drakes in full hormone mode can kill a hen by mating with her. A drake that has plenty of females will usually leave the hens alone.

I just went out to put the ducks to bed and snapped a couple pics of my female pekins beak... The posters pics looked like her ducks freckles were more brown where my ducks look more grey/blackish... Do they look like the same thing to anyone else? Her feet look fine. No weird spots there.

Probably just a freckle face. I have a Pekin just like that but with more freckles. Dunno if you can see the freckles in this pic.
