What are these tail feathers called? *Pic included*

I would say if they are 20 weeks (although they look kinda small for 20 weeks) then It is a pullet. At 20 weeks you should know for sure! Also- I saw the post about an injury- our dog got a hold of our BRs and we saved her but the last two days I have noticed her wing feathers on one side are damaged. Growing oddly- like yours on the tail. So it could just be an injury.

I would say you can't tell yet. I don't see anything that says it's a roo yet.
