Silkie mixes.
Are you talking about the girl with feathers? I’ll post photos of her.
 
Pepper is a silkie mix, her comb is a mulberry color and a part of it looks like it's a Walnut comb, but not all of it.
Fancy looks like a buff Brahma mix.

Neither of them for a standard chicken type so they are both mixes.

Here is my girl I call Special, the bantams and australop pick on her and the other two girls. Any suggestions on how to make them stop? I did threaten one of them that I would make her dinner if she continues.

She looks to have cross beak which would make it hard for her to peck them back.
 
Pepper is a silkie mix. Also, you might want to check her feet for scaly leg mites.
Could you take a clearer picture of her comb? I'm pretty sure that's a single comb, not a pea comb, but it's pretty hard to tell in those pictures.

Could you possibly separate the bullies one a at a time and re-introduce them to the flock in a few days? They would have to reestablish their place in the pecking order, which might make them stop bullying her.
