Phoenix..? Def a boy, though I haven't found any pictures of a rooster with that sort of coloring..




This is suppose to be a girl, but I'm thinking not.. Shouldn't roo's have more bars? But then the pink comb..




Here's the other one to compare.. She appears to be a Barred Rock. Barring pretty much looks the same which is why I'm questioning the Dominique..

Your Dominique and Barred Plymouth Rock look like pullets while I agree that Phoenix looks like a cockerel.

Those wattles make me think cockerel but it's hard to tell from the picture.

Small update at 10 weeks and some days.

Wattles and Comb are still the same size. To me the stance doesn't seem like a cockerel.. I'm so on the fence with this one.

We were worried for a while, but after checking on some others her age her comb is way underdeveloped at that age for a cockerel.
