They're a beautiful cross, I would say, nodding to either Ayem Cemani or Svart Hona. Definitely saw some Welsummer in them myself. Crosses or not, you can be proud of these!

They appear to be silkie or ayam cemani crosses. Do they have extra toes?

Those are mixes. One of them looks to have five toes, so it has something five-toed in its ancestry. Could have some AC or SH in there too for sure.
