What are these?

I’m wondering if these things are grain mites or something. They congregate on the feeder. They were all over the coop today so I just wiped the whole thing down with bleach. We shall see if this gets rid of the buggers.

Feed bags in summer(hot humid) is usually how they come onto the property here.
The one thing DE is pretty good at.

We’ll Raid ant killer does a very good job of killing these things. I’ve seen significant reduction of the bugs since using it. I will be spraying the coop on the evening until they are gone.

That'll be good for your birds

I only spray the outside of the coop and am careful to mind the vents. I also spray in the evenings so that the birds aren’t out.
