What are these?

I only spray the outside of the coop and am careful to mind the vents. I also spray in the evenings so that the birds aren’t out.
I just don't know understand the need to kill every bug seen...especially when they are of no threat to your birds.
 
...because the remaining bugs will multiply...?
Poisons kill the predator bugs too, so the prey bugs multiply even faster than usual.
It totally screws the Volterra Principle..which is about the balance of predator and prey in many species.
Not to mention the resistance that can happen when over/mis-using poisons on insects.
Sorry, insecticide pet peeve...rant over.
