What are this spots on her crest? Pic was taken after i applied VetRX. And is there something else i should treat her with

Looks like fowl pox, really no treatment but you could put calamine lotion on it.

It may very well be fowl pox. Are other birds in the flock affected ?

Fowl pox is a virus and calamine lotion wont work. Put iodine on the scabs to help dry them up. Dont get the iodine in the birds eyes. The disease will go away on its own in about 3-6 weeks.

If you have some Betadine, apply a little to the scabs to help dry them out. Mosquitoes are the spreaders of fowl pox. Try to keep them from your chickens.

Ok i do have iodine .... will i need to vaccinate them for fowl pox? There’s so many mosquitos here and always see them in their coop

Once the virus passes through your flock, your birds will be immune to that strain.
