#4 and #5 are Light Brahmas. #6 is. . . Does it also have feathered legs?

The first 3 light ones almost make me think Cochin, but I'm not sure.

Brahmas are pretty hard to sex, you'd have to wait weeks, perhaps months later. Mine were. But in the end I got 4 girls.

. . . The roos died before the age of 3 months.

As for broodiness, hard to say. I hear they are moderately to seldom broody - Mine have yet to be broody.

1-3 are cochin's pretty sure... they look like my cochin when he was little. Cochin's make good broodys. #6 looks like it will be barred does it have feathered feet?

I agree. And I think you'll get more broodies out of your cochins than the light brahmas. And cochins are supposed to be great momma's too. I love my light brahma, but she hasn't gone broody yet. (of course, she's only a year old)

Gritsar has a flock light and dark brahma's that are 2 years old, and up til now she's had no broodies. Now she has 1 that is playing part time broody.
