Your possibilities are:
Sebrights

Japanese Bantams

I think #2 is a Sebright.. Other than that...

anyone have any thoughts on the others? I'm worried about the littlest one. He is so small compared to the others. should I move him to another brooder?

No, as long as they're the same age (they are) they do just fine! I always mix large fowl and banties and they do great together. The tiny one could just be a runt. It helps to wait until they're feathered out to identify breeds. Though you seem to know more about bantams than me already

I'm in complete agreement. I have barred rocks raised with silkies no problems - so a bantam who is smaller than another bantam should be fine.

Right now my brooder has two Minorcas, a Silver Dorking, and a WC Blue Polish.
