what are what look like booklice doing on my chicken

i found what look like booklice on my broody chicken so i gave her a vinegar bath because at the time i thought they were mites but when i looked it up i found that what i saw appeared to be booklice but i also read that they only eat fungus

Chickens are able to get lice and mites though. Best course of action is to clean out the coop, then treat your birds and their space with either permethrin dust or spray. You will have to repeat the process after about a week to make sure you get any stragglers that may have hatched.

hahha well i found another and it turned out to be termites
