What are y'all cookin for dinner tonight??? LOOK RECIPE ADDED!!!!

I thought I would share this recipe.

I took a food saver bag and sealed one end. (you can use a large freezer bag) I filled it with fresh rosemary from my garden, garlic powder, roasted garlic, salt, pepper, potatos, about 3 tablespoons of canola or olive oil and cut up onions. I then sealed the other side of the bag a shook it until everything was mixed well. Put them in an oven safe patter, or whatever you call it. Set the oven to 400 and bake until the potatos are soft when you stick a fork in them.

We'll eat these with steaks cooked on the grill.

All this talk makes me HUNGRY!!

We are having grilled steak and what we call "campfire potatoes".

You take potatoes, onions, and carrots and cut them in bite size pieces then put them in the aluminum foil bags you can buy. You add about 5 ice cubes to keep them moist as well as about 1/2 a stick of butter cut into pats and whatever spices you like and grill them for about 20- 25 min. YUM!

I also have some sweetcorn I need to use up!

Tonight it's fried chicken, corn, greens beans and if I feel like it homemade biscuits.

chicks rule,
How the the taters turn out?

I wish I could chill the rest of the evening. I worked on packing and shipping orders all this morning into the afternoon. Then I cooked and after supper I have to get back online and try to post more items on ebay. This staying home thing is more then a full time job...it's an all the time job.
