It's reallllllly yummy, I was worried it'd be overly sweet but somehow it's just perfect. Even my mom liked it and she doesn't like stuff like this. Probably the easiest pie I ever made as well...go make yourself one.

Tonight I baked 3 lemon curd cream cheese pies. Can't finish them though until I get some sour cream from the store tomorrow for the top layer. This is one of my favorite desserts and even DH (who is a total chocolate and peanut butter only hound) loves this!!! I will try to get pics tomorrow.
