What are you baking now?

Made two batches of biscotti last night to take to church for snacks today.

Also drizzled white chocolate over popcorn and put some holiday sprinkles on top of that. They were a hit.
 
I made the cream wafers only last night.... We ate 1/2 of them!

Going to make another batch tomorrow & we're doing a ginger bread house!!!

I made Gump's bread a couple nights ago...I'm not sure I'll ever make it again.

I measured out 5 cups of flour...self rising, instead of bread..had to start over. I had measured out my yeast to warm to room temp, picked the dish up and dumped it everywhere...had to start over. Opened my sugar container to add the sugar...sugar spilled everywhere. I finally got it all done and ready to put on the cookie sheets (one regular loaf and one pepperoni bread) and apparently I didn't put enough flour down and had a very difficult time getting them rolled and on the sheets.

I will obviously still make the bread cause it's so good, but if I have another night like that I'll throw a fit.
 
Last night was four loaves of standard whole wheat bread.

Saturday was a batch of apple muffins using crushed dried apple slices and cider for most of the liquid. Really should have put some cinnamon in, but they were still good.
 
Had a very busy weekend (well not compared to some of you master bakers but busy for me) this weekend. I had a cookie/treat exchange so I made almond lace cookies, lemon cupcakes with lemon cream filling and lemon cream cheese frosting, mini chocolate cream puffs with almond filling and crushed almonds sprinkled on top of the chocolate, brazil and macademia nut baklava. Made over 3 dozen of each.
I had also made the dough for lemon refrigerator cookies but I ran out of time to bake them so the dough is sitting in the freezer with the lemon juice for the glaze and the crushed pistachios are on the counter ready to go when I bake them up later this week.
Tis the season for cookie baskets fa la la la la, la la la la.
