What are you baking now?

I've been bakin zucchini breads... we had a b-day party over the weekend & the b-day cake was zucchini bread cake with cream cheese icing, yum

I've been baking chocolate zucchini "cake" in loaf pans.
I altered the recipe by using yellow pattipan squash, dark chocolate coco, then added orange rind; cinnamon; fresh frozen coconut; tons of whole walnuts.
Makes a really pretty loaf, the taste is really great-DH is not a chocolate lover, but loves this recipe!
It freezes well for the winter, and slices neatly slightly frozen.

My row of 4 plants has produced like crazy this year. We have picked enough to make several batches of wine!

Sounds good.

My neighbors made rhubarb wine one year and gave us a bottle as a sample. VERY sweet (too sweet) like liquid alcoholic candy
 
Its a beautiful day here in Kentucky & it just made me wanna bake I guess, lol. Heres whats all been in my oven........ 2 stuffed pizza breads for dinner ( makin marinara sauce to go with em), 4 zucchini loaves (last of our zucchini

), 12 choc. zucchini muffins with crumb topping & I still need to think so something do make with pears.
