What are you baking now?

Here is my first loaf of Artesian bread, the kind you don't knead lol You just tear off a piece dough and shape and let set for 30 min to 1 hour and bake. Makes awesome bread bowls for winter soups

It hasn't collapsed yet yay! And tomorrow I go back to work and cook and bake there too lol

Looks yummy , but I'm trying to loose some weight LOL.Maybe I should quit making bread HUH? cuz cold weather and wind make me want to bake and warm up the house, yesterday made Amish Friendship bread 4 loafs of Apple Raisin, today Grandma's home aid bread 2 loafs and a sheet of buns........yummy but why must they taste so good........ diets suck...Kim
 
I'm attempting a strawberry and ricotta pie with graham cracker crust. As I made the recipe up... we gotta see how it goes! In the oven now.

Planning on cooling and refrigerating it as I think serving it cold would be best. :D
