What are you baking now?

I made rolls out of my Milk and Honey bread recipe...posted it awhile back. Found out where the hot spots in my oven are...as you can see from the random burned rolls.

I also made homemade butter because I LOVE butter and I had cream leftover from making ice cream the other day.

Hey, your bread looks amazing! I need to make some dinner rolls to take on a trip, and wondered if you could share your recipe? Also, do you think I could bake and then freeze these and the reheat them?

Oh, I'm sorry, I didn't check this thread yesterday, I hope you didn't need the recipe today.

Here's the link to the recipe, I'm honestly not sure how freezing would work with it, I've never frozen this dough/bread. Maybe make the recipe once just for you and freeze it and see how it turns out?

ETA: I just made whatever size rolls I wanted and baked them in greased, round cake pans. I believe I only baked them for like 10 minutes, so make she you shorten the bake time.

I'm making a Homemade Ice Cream Cake for my son's birthday...

Homemade Ice Cream Cake

1-BOX BUTTER (Duncan Hines) recipe cake mix (flavor of choice)
1 teaspoons soda
1 stick of butter- softened
Mix dry ingredients together, cut in butter.

1 cup milk
2 tablespoons vinegar
Put vinegar into measuring cup then add enough milk to make one cup, let sit for 2 to 3 minutes.

3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
Add wet ingredients to dry and beat 4 minutes. Bake at 325° for 25 to 30 minutes .... makes 3 (9-inch)layer

After cakes are cooled place them into the freezer to freeze.

Soften ice cream by leaving it to sit in the refrigerator while the cake freezes.

Place a layer of ice cream between the layers of frozen cake and frost with whipped cream frosting. Freeze cake solid before cutting.

Whipped Cream Frosting

1-1/2 cups of whipping cream
1/2- cup powdered sugar
1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla

Beat together until stiff. Frost cake, store in the freezer.

The homemade ice cream cake recipe is great! The girls always want different ice cream than they can have in an ice cream cake - anyone ever seen an ice cream cake with Moosetracks ice cream? Now they'll each get exactly the cake they want. Thanks so much for posting the recipe!

and yoghurt pie (i have to figure out how to post more than one picture at a time, sorry!!!!)
Those look delicious! Tell me more about Yogurt Pie.
