I'm sorry, but when I grew up there was no such thing as blue M&M's.There were however Smurf's. I'm suspicious that blue M&M's are ahem, "Smurf turds"! Other than those your cookies are beautiful!
It will be nice for your college kids.

Apples, apples and everything apples. My cousin came to visit last week, bringing me a bushel. Hard to get them here. So, we are having our annual apple festival at my house.

Want to try another Biscotti recipe this weekend. Made a Brownie Biscotti last weekend that I kinda burnt them in the second baking- OOPS! But learning as I go. Want to try Ozark Hens recipe for sure. Rainy today and cloudy tomorrow so good day to stay in and bake.

Neighbor came over today to help dh butcher seven chickens and one turkey (two more tomorrow) and I made Miss Prissy's apple pie and Gump's wheat bread! Smothered in honey-butter

after fixing a big lunch for the guys I sent neighbor home with two dozen eggs and one loaf of bread. he didn't want any chickens or turkey or he would have gone home with them too. Such a blessing to have help.
Here is what is left of the pie and one loaf of bread.
If any of you haven't tried Miss Prissy's pie then put it on your list, yum. I added black walnuts to my pie today. Yum!!
