What are you baking now?

Baked today:

Double Chocolate Oatmeal Cookie Bars

2 sticks butter (one cup)
2 eggs
3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
3/4 c. sugar
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 teaspoon salt
2 c. old fashioned oats
1 1/2 c. flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 c. chopped pecans
1 heaping cup of chocolate chips

Combine sugars and butter, add vanilla cream well. Add eggs and cocoa powder, mix well. In seperate bowl combine oats, flour, soda, salt, cinnamon and chocolate chips. Add to other mixture, combine till you don't see flour any more. Fold in pecans.

Press into a 9x13 pan and bake at 350 for about 25 mins. cool and cut. enjoy

Please let me know how they turn out. I developed this recipe on my own so the cooking time is not hard and fast. I made them once in an 11x8 (i think thats the size anyway) and I baked for 30 mins and they were under done in the center. 9x13 is less time.
 
Just made French bread today. I've never had such yellow French bread (due to the wonderful farm fresh eggs from my girls) Awesome.

I made them this afternoon and we each had one after dinner..... We all like them (there was 7 of us here tonight) and I will be making them again

I did cook them about 5 or 10 mins. longer and I added some raisins.
