Yes, Sissy, I make my butter with my Kitchen Aid. Very easy.
I have two calzones in the oven right now with a gumpsbread base. I just found lots of extra cheeses in the fridge..one white swiss type and cheddar. I shredded them up with diced sun-dried tomatoes, black olives, and ham. Also diced up some basil and drizzled with a small amount of olive oil and set aside till dough was ready. I did not ..repeat..did not let my dough rise at all. We were too hungry to wait.

Rolled out two large circles and put half the cheese mixture in each one. Brushed the edges with egg and folded over. Drizzled tops with a olive oil. Made one slit to vent the dough and baked @ 350' for about 20-25 min. I would normally let the dough rise. But it works this way too.

Oh, I put garlic powder, onion powder and basil in the dough as I was mixing it up.
Here is one cut in half

Just finished my first batch of doughnuts. I got the recipe off a post on here. And boy, for a first-timer I did pretty good...if I do say so myself!
