COoKiEs... I made... pb cookies, choc. chip cookies and pb, choc. chip, oatmeal mixed together cookies. yum yum

Trying a new bread recipe with pineapple/coconut juice. Sooo, we shall see. I kinda made this recipe up, so it's anyone's call. Will probably put together a batch of pb-n-j cookies here in a minute - seeings how the mixer is out and all.

This week I've baked a Vanilla Texas Sheet Cake, fresh strawberry pie and peanut butter and milk chocolate chip cookies.

I may done baking for the rest of the week. It's suppose to get to the 90's.

Cold and raining here all day, so I thought I'd fire up the oven and comfort myself with a peach kuchen still hot out of the oven.

Mmmm - TipsyDog I believe you made sunshine in your oven!!!! It is Gorgeous!!!!

The bread turned out pretty decent actually, a little more sturdy of a crumb than I would prefer, but Very moist and tender. The family likes it and is already eating it up, so guess it can be considered a success!!!

WOW - TipsyDog that pie looks so good.

Last night I made this recipe for the second time and its a winner for sure. Easy and can use any kind of fruit on top. I used our first picking of Boysenberries from our berry patch. My friend made it and she loved it too. Kim - those wild blackberries would be perfect.

Then can you believe it we didn't even have it for dessert last night - so we will for sure tonight. I'll take a picture and post tomorrow.
