What are you baking now?

I have a fresh pie crust just out of the oven. I'm going to be filling it up later with some double-fudge sugar free jello and topping it off with some sugar free cool whip and chocolate shavings. Mmmm.
 
Can anyone who makes Gumps bread tell me if you can use milk (or kefir milk) instead of water? Will it work or mess it up?
I want to try it tomorrow.....Help!
 
Jen I am sure hubby loved posing with those cookies... how many retakes did he require?!

I've replaced water with milk successfully on other breads... but not with the GUMP. I actually try to do it the other way around!! (Can't mix dairy and meat so if I want sandwiches I can't make my bread with dairy)


On that note, this thread absolutely positively did not inspire me....
