It looks really good and I would have never thought of it on my own so thanks again for posting.

I was thinking I could change the ingredients up a bit and make some Mexican seasoned ground beef, refried beans and put some Mexican blended grated cheese....

Or some pork butt cooked the way you cook it to make tamales and some Mexican cheese...

Or left over meat loaf or left over roast beef.... You would only be limited by your imagination.
