I just tried a recipe a friend sent, and its really good, to my surprise! Two ingredients - one box of spice cake mix, one 15 oz can of pumpkin. Mix, put in muffin cups, and bake at 350 for about 20 mins. I put a dollop pf whipped cream on thwm. Like pumpkin pie muffins!

Today is the BIG baking day, LOL. Apple pie, spiced pumpkin cheesecake, Parker House rolls, bread. Maybe a couple more things (gotta check my list). Pepperoni rolls sound good - might have to do some of those for a snack, too! Thanks for the idea.

Today's a big day for me, too. Pumpkin bread, pumpkin pie and whole wheat dinner rolls. I have two dinners to attend tomorrow so I need to make double recipes of everything that I'm baking. I'm also making the cranberry sauce.

Made Parker House rolls with a recipe from King Arthur. I was so convinced they weren't going to do right (the dough just seemed "dead") I did a half way job forming them. They came out pretty good, if very ugly.
