I am breeding for meat - mmmm
I have browns and goldens, also, (goldens are my faves) but I threw in a few whites, to see if I could get those to be bigger.
I am going for size, of course, and have just started my project, so no second generations yet. I have a cage of 9 birds (two roos, 7 girls) and plan on another cage of about 10 birds or so.
They are just a hobby, not a full time thing - the chickens and cows take up too much time for that
I figure I can always eat the mistakes, though
