I've never seen such huge coupons before in my life. I wonder what they will say at the check out when i use it, lol

I spent the last few hours processing a giant bag of onions for the freezer and the rest processing pears. I am making spiced pear jam in the crockpot and saved the rest to make either more jam and some spiced pear bread. I still have half a bag of pears to process, maybe some pear wine??

Years ago when my husband and I were first married I complained that there was so much stuff in the freezer that I couldn't find what I was looking for in there. He quickly told me to NEVER complain that we had too much food. So, I am not complaining... but I have processed so many tomatoes out of the garden that my fingers are pruned from skinning them!! This has been a huge year for veggie gardens in Georgia. I have not even had to use the sprinkler there has always been enough rain. So instead of complaining I am giving THANKS! The tomatoes in the picture were picked day before yesterday, just one of many loads I have picked.

Nice tomatoes! My fingers are wrinkly too.... I have an 10 qt pot going on the stove of tomato sauce. The house smells amazing!
