What are YOU getting for Mother's Day?

That's what I want to do for Mother's Day! Dh keeps asking-I want him to help me build chicken runs! Woohoo! I'm also getting hatching eggs for Mama's Day.

Funny thing, DH just took DS to tee-ball an hour and 15 minutes early. I think that may mean I'm not getting goats or the cast iron dutch oven I sent him a link for. I think I am probaby getting a Pandora bead for my bracelet. They have a chicken one I don't have yet! Crossing my fingers but since I'm getting my huge coop little by little I'm happy.
Taking my mom to Old Sturbridge Village if the weather's nice or close to nice.
And DS hid something he made in Kindergarten in DH's sock drawer after school today. That should be cute!

I almost got goats - that's what hubby and daughter had planned but when I told him I wanted the dog he filled me in on their secret plans because they knew I wanted Nigerian Dwarf Dairy Goats. He said he'd leave it up to me - I went for the GSD. I'll get the goats anyway eventually because he wants some too. They are just too cute. My rationale is that we need another livestock guard dog to keep watch over all the animals we are adding to the farm.

Well, I have been talking about fruit trees, for a long time now. So if my birthday is on Mother's day, I should probably get two fruit trees, right? One for Mother's Day, one for my birthday.........

DH told me yesterday, "You are getting a ham, egg, and cheese sandwich in bed in the morning, then I'll take the kids out for a walk to pick a wildflower bouquet for you. I hope that is ok?"

Mmmm, a greasy sandwich and an hour of peace and quiet. What's not to like?

The thing that is speacial is not doing much LOL because she usually just does to much. I am not going to get her anything to speacial I will have to go get a card though.
