I don't believe that I forgot the deviled eggs!!

DH used to want me to make rabbit every Easter, but I told him that you can't eat the Easterbunny on Easter!! So we have lamb.

Well so far the requests for Easter dinner are ::

Steak on the grill
shrimp skewers
stuffed shells
deviled eggs

peach cobbler w/vanilla ice cream

something very very chocolate

Haven't figured out the rest...sides and veggies. The kids never ask for that stuff...lol.

Going to grams, she makes ham (home grown!) mashed potatoes, stuffing , corn and sweet potatoes. Im making strawberry shortcake for dessert.

We are going to my parents. My brother just got back form Iraq a couple of months ago but I have not seem him yet because he is stationed in TX. I am very excited!! We will be having his favorite shrimp pasta but Dad is also making the traditional ham dinner with mashed potatoes and corn and I am sure a bunch of great desserts!!

Either honey baked ham or rst lamb, haven't decided yet! Mashed if it's lamb and au gratin if it's ham...vegies, probably green beans...dessert, that's still up in the air...maybe a strawberry rhubarb pie?

The kids & I are going to my dad and step-mom's for dinner. My husband has to work.

They have a spiral cut ham every year with pierogie casserole, cole slaw, mashed potatoes, homemade stuffing, homemade ham gravy, devilled eggs, the works.

My step-mom has to be one of the best cooks on planet Earth. I so look forward to holidays.

Cknmom - we will say a prayer for your DD. We have quite a few friends & family overseas in the military.

Thanks for the prayers. I send thanks and prayers for everyone here that has loved ones/ friends over there. I am still waiting to here from her since she left. Hopefully today.
