What are you having for Easter dinner?

well, now that you've mentioned it, we haven't decided yet!! I was hoping we could have the corned beef and cabbage that we didn't eat for St. Patty's Day, but when I suggested it, my sister said, "No! This is Easter, not St. Patrick's Day! We can't have that!" lol... well, we'll have to "figger" it out soon.

And none of us like lamb, either.

(i actually cannot say that for myself, as i have never tried it. i prolly should.

We are having slow cooked seasoned pork roast, garlic mashed potatoes, cranberry fluff salad, either sour dough garlic toast or biscuits, gingerbread cake or chocolate mayo cake, punch, and a 7 layer salad.

I just found out that easter is this coming Sunday. I had no idea until just a few days ago. Where have I been? lol

Ham and cornbread dressing with gravy, cranberry sauce, corn on the cobb, mac and cheese, deviled eggs, green beans , and what ever else the family brings. For dessert ai made 2 strawbery pies and a pound cake ... yum yum!!!!

I think that we're having a ham with mashed potatoes, corn or greenbeans, rolls, and for dessert I'll probably make cookies.
