What Are You Listening To Right Now?

caveman, I broke my neck getting all my BYC homework done so I could watch "Last of the Mohicans," on Netflix. Yah, like the best laid plans of mice & men (and women). They just had the gall to say it's not available? what the carp?????:hit
Btw the gorgeous guy performing it here - wow he is really toned isn't he???

Two gripes not about his performance but, the nimnulls watching him. They throw coins in - heck I would give him my Social Security check, and those disrespectful women pulling up chairs and eating ice cream while he performs. I love ice cream but it has its place and not when when someone is performing. I hope their chairs collapse on them. The mighty Diva has spoken.

Have to say the best deterrent for depression (mine anyway is not medication-) it's coming back here a few times a day if necessary to hear my favorite music. Works like a charm.

Crying is optional because it moves me - not a bad thing.Men can cry too - why not? Probably not for the same reasons as a women does - so what?

BTW I am going to Walmart on line to see if they have the Last Mohicans movie.

Then, I'm going to look for the Buddy Redbow "Thunderbird," and "Spirit World" think I have the titles right, it's been awhile. Music does soothe the savage beast or depressed one.

Thanks for making me feel old. I don't recognise any of that music. I think that I'm stuck in the 70s, 80s and 90s. I do love singing along with the Verve's Urban Hymns CD when I'm having a bad day. David Bowie, Queen and Peter Gabriel are good for shaking bad moods too. Under Pressure and Solsbury Hill are gotos. Sometimes Midnight Oil, Hunters and Collectors and Iron Maiden when I just want to scream. I'll even listen to the Barenaked Ladies when feeling silly and Bruce Cockburn when I'm feeling jaded. I miss singing in the car. I confess, I'm a middle-aged woman with an 80s teenage boys music collection.

That doompf doompf doompf doompf baby baby doompf doompf doesn't put me in my happy place.
