What are you paying for feed?

50# Organic Layer pellet - around $22 - no tax though :) since eggs are for eating

East San Diego - I may need to go more east to get out of the "little cities" and into the incorporated areas

Note to self: need to buy oyster shell...

Not if you saw the price of food in CA...
I was APPALLED at my grocery bill when I live in Long Beach! That's where I learned to be the coupon queen!

I just paid 11.19 for layer crumbles and 10.50 for layer pellets. I don't give cracked corn I give scratch grains and that is 12.59 for 50lbs. The feed is Nutrena Nature Wise. They feed cracked corn to the deer here and that is 8.50 for 50lbs

Hi everyone,
I just went on my "first" feed run...lol This is what it cost me:

Layena crumbles 50# 12.20
Cracked Corn 50# 10.95
Grit 50# 5.50
Oyster Shell 50# 9.75

Looks like prices were in line with everyone elses.. I was amazed at things like: a smaller bag cost almost as much as a large bag on some items???
