what are you scared of?

Does any kind of soothing music help you sleep?

I have heard some beautiful Native American flute music., including 10 minutes of one that would put folks asleep gently BUT take more than ten minutes to get me there. Would need music on an endless loop.

Sorry I positively hate it when I can't get an appointment right away. Always feel like my days are numbered - well yah, same for everyone.
Hopefully someone will cancel, so I'll be able to get in to see the sleep specialist sooner.

Not much can put me to sleep, unless it's around 25 hours from when I last woke up. I'm kind of hyper a lot of the time, so that makes it difficult to relax, LOL

I had a kidney stone once. Only about the size of a grain of sand, but it still HURT. :he:th
I won't share the story but I agree! I have had 4 kids, naturally, and I would do it again before having more kidney stones! I think the biggest difference is knowing at the end of labor you have a baby. Not knowing if the pain is ever ever ever going to end or get better with a kidney stone will drive you insane.

I'm scared of chickens studying my weaknesses and daily habits

I am afraid of developing Alzheimer's and Diabetes. And heart Disease. My Dad and all his siblings died of heart disease.
All those conditions can be kept at bay. I won't say easily but they can. Up here in the people's republic of canuckistan we get all the healthcare we can eat, as long as we can stay alive long enough to actually see a doctor.

In April 2014 I pinched a nerve in my neck. Later that month my GP ordered an MRI and told me they would contact me to set up an appointment.

6 months later in October, I heard from them and they set an appointment, for the end of October! Unfortunately October the following year...

My neck still hurts.
