I ordered ducks and geese from Metzer Farms...

what breeds did you order? when will they ship? i ordered 3 welsh harlequins, 2 khaki campbells, and a blue runner from Metzer's....all 6 are female and they will be shipped out on monday(the 24th) and i'll get them tuesday or wednesday.

2 Barnevelders, 2 Buff Orpingtons, 1 Barred Rock, 1 Partridge Rock, 1 White Rock, 2 Easter Eggers, 2 Silver laced Wyandotte, 2 Speckled Sussex, 2 Welsummer, and 1 ?????? mystery chick. All came in on time from Meyer Hatchery in AMAZING condition. All alive, healthy, and vigorous. I was seriously worried as I am in Washington state and Ohio is a long ways away, but these little chicks are all the picture of health. Totally pleased They were born on St. Patrick's day and delivered on St. Joseph's feast day. YEA!!!!! A huge Saint Patrick's day chicken birthday party is already being planned for next year. My kids love a chance to celebrate.

hahahah They sound like mini car alarms hahhaha my kids are 4, 6 and 7... and the other little girl in the 2nd video is a 6 year old from across the way... the kids just love watching the chicks.. im ordering 2200 live mealworms off ebay next week.. so when i receive them im going to upload more videos.. lol my kids just love watching them over and over again..
