WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR? WHAT DID YOU JUST RECEIVE?

I got my chicks on February 19th from Murray McMurray. We got a fairly large order: 6 Barred Rock Females, 16 Barred Rock Males, 9 Black Australorps (3 are my mom's), 6 Andalusian females, 10 Andalusian males. My mom also got 3 Salmon Faverolles and 3 Partridge Cochins. Our free bird is a Golden Laced Wyandotte (can't tell if it's a hen or rooster yet). They added a few extra barred rocks. We lost 7 in the first 48 hours unfortunately. The ones we lost were 4 andelusians, 1 partridge cochin and 2 salmon faverolles. They did reimburse us for them. The rest of our flock is doing great.

Update: changed my order from 2 welsh harlequins and 3 golden comets to 4 welsh harlequins and 3 golden comets all due to arrive the 28th from chickens for the backyard

Hopefully Monday or Tuesday, receiving 25 or so Rainbow Layer assortment of pullets from McMurray. I last ordered with them 5 years ago and had a lovely experience with only two perishing in the process. I hope for a similar success rate!

CAN I GET SOME HELP PLEASE?!?!?!?

So my gold laced wyandotte chick is being picked on by the four others (silver laced wyandotte, black austrolorp, buff orpington, barred rock).. like they have shunned her? i put some oats in my hand and set it down and all of them came to eat and they wouldnt let her in.. and i noticed one side of her feathers looks a little slim... like picking? is there a way to deter them from picking on her?

I just dont know what to do to help her.. She seems sad compared to all the others.. I expected there to be a pecking order but at 3 days old.. i did not expect this.. makes me so sad..

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I think they're just doing what chickens do and developing a pecking order. Are they drawing blood? Separate the Wyandotte if they draw blood, but other than that just keep an eye on her. She should still get food, she'll just be the last one to get anything.
