In November one of my hens hatched 4 chicks, and so far I believe that I have 1 identified as a rooster.
We have a joke that I like Cowboys, and Roosters have spurs of course, so I think I'm gonna name this one Cowboy.

bantam is Jerome, OEG Rooster is Rusty aka crusty rusty, and OEG X rooster bantam is Lucky, Rusty is his father, mother blak rosecombe hen mother, born here in march 29th 2013.

Wow, you have some beautiful birds!
I couldn't see the picture clearly, but do you mix single combs and rose combs? And bantams and standards?

How did you get them to accept each other? I tried that once, and it didn't work out no mater what I did.

Marion, who was supposed to be Rosemary. This picture is about 8 weeks old and he's gotten broader and grown in his hackle and saddle feathers beautifully. I wish it was a better picture of his head. I love those dinosaur-like Brahma heads.
