All I can say about that second type of breeder and chickens, is that at least you can eat the chickens...or their eggs. Now that type of breeder in dogs...that REALLY burns me! Terri O

I was venting.

I blam no one but myself.

I though they were an adorable pair when we got them.

I was not look for a breed when these were purchased.

It's one more of those lessions that one learns.

Like ask more questions before bidding on eggs from anyone encluding BYC members.
and ask a lot of questions before buying from anyone

I need a better shot of the feet to determine if they're feathered or not. Meanwhile, could she be a bantam Light Sussex?

No, she is just a hatchery wyandotte. They often have DQs that are not standard to that breed and they chicks have rosecombs(some) so she is a wyandotte because otherwise they would all be SC
