No, I have s Silver Spangled Hamburg chick that is about the same age as yours, and she does not look like that. I have 1 chick that looks just like yours that is older but looks just like that one and I think he is a game X EE cause he has green feet. So yours may be a game or a EE.

Our Light Brahma is great. She's over 3 months now and her toes are heavily feathered. She was the sweetest chick and still does well (though not as well as our saintly buff orpington) with my 5 y/o.
