What breed am I?

This is one of our roosters that hatched out in late September. They are supposed to be olive eggers, but doesn't this look like a BCM? I know olive eggers can vary in looks, but I feel he looks so much like a BCM! He was moving around on me so I apologize for the iffy pictures.

He might very well be pure hatchery quality BCM. It's hard to say

From what I know of olive eggers, they are a hybrid, often crossed with marans. So, likely just took that look.

As for the chicken, I'm going to x2 cppeace, but ask for a clearer picture.

Pattern does very much resemble a Black Copper Marans. But he has sparse leg feathering, slightly different body shape than a Marans should, and a pea comb. So you do likely have an Olive Egger if that is what he is suppose to be.

That's not uncommon colouration; several of my cockerels last spring were that colour, and I have no Marans in my flock. Definitely has an EE body shape/tail carriage/comb.
