one group is my old chickens that are separate, then i got a group of three including sick delaware, and a group of two including rooster, i put the group of 3 and 2 together so now i have the group of new ones and a group of my old flock

No problem. Good luck with your flock, they all are beautiful. And I see no signs of illness in the photos you posted (other than possibly the Delaware girl). So that’s good.
one last question. Don’t beat yourself up about it. I’ve made many mistakes myself. I made exactly this one once: I combined two different groups of young birds without quarantining. All turned out fine, as neither had any diseases, but it was a mistake I won’t make again.
There’s a good chance your birds will be OK. So keep an eye on them and monitor their health, and let’s hope all is well!
That makes sense. I’d recommend keeping the young birds away from to older ones for at least 20 days, and if there’s nothing questionable then you can combine them.
Are they from the same place as the rooster? If so, it won’t change germs to put them in with the group.

no they will come from a different place because i don't want another rooster
Then yes, you must separate them. Like I said before, don’t keep them crated during the day.
