What breed and do I have a roo?

We were given these 2 brown chickens and were told they were Leghorn pullets. I have never seen a Leghorn this color, is that what they are and are they both pullets? They are 13 weeks old. Thanks!

Yellow legs + white earlobes + body coloration = light brown Leghorn. Wonderful birds.
