No. However if they suffer from any diseases that affects their hormonal balance, especially the hormones that affect sexuality, then they can change in behaviour and appearance. So if a hen had a disease that was causing lots of male sex hormones to be produced, she may start to look and act like a rooster.

Technically they can change their gender if a hens ovarys gets damaged, but they cannot change their sex. this means that a hen can start looking and acting like a cockerel but will never have make sexual organs.
