What breed and gender are these ????

They where from a mixed set if eggs as far as I know but all from the same hatch

S/he's tail is a little tattered it was like that when we got them and don't know how to get it back right anyone have any ideas ??

You will have to wait until he moults and grows a new tail. Once feathers are damaged they cannot be repaired.

I suspect its a rooster, I suppose it could be a fast maturing pullet, but I am leaning more towards rooster.

the two white ones look like pullets, the black one looks like a cockerel. All look to be mixed breed

We had 2 of the black ones both from the same hatch this 1 had the smaller comb so we where hoping it was a hen need to find him a new home for him as we cant keep roos

sorry I thought the two pictures ere of the same bird, in which case I would say both are cockerels
