What breed AND gender are these?

These three lovely 9 week olds were hatched in an elementary school incubator. We are now trying to figure out what they are. I am guessing we have a male chantecler and female chantecler (although I have been told not to be too quick on that judgement) and I have no idea about the other. Can anyone enlighten me as to what all three are? Thanks so much.

They are all mixed breeds. From top to bottom you have a cockerel, pullet, cockerel.

Thank you everyone. I am fine with mixed breeds, but unfortunately the cockerels will have to find a new home. I had hoped that the top one might turn out to be a hen. I appreciate you all taking the time to answer my question.
