Looks just like my BA. Not sure of sex but leaning toward roo. Mine were suppose to be both hens and one is a roo. It hasn't crowed yet but I found his spurs tonight. Mine are older than the one in the pic, mine are 14 weeks old.

Here they are today I just took these right before they went in to roost. You can clearly see the difference between them now. And I found his spurs tonight. I am in the same boat as you no roosters allowed. I hate to say this but I think he is headed for the stew pot! And now I am questioning one of my Delawares! Might be 2 for the stew.
