First one is a mixed breed rooster. Definitely a roo. Sometimes when there is a dominant roo, a rooster will stay quiet to avoid challenge. Orange one is a buff orp hen. Black one is a hen.

The white rooster? No. Looks nothing like a CCL. Looks like some sort of silkie mix.The roo looks like a crested cream leg bar to me. But I’m positive that the yellow one is a buff orpington
I love him! All of them are hens except him!Hello, we just bought a new house and the house came with a coop and three chickens. The owner said that they were going to take their rooster, but I’m wondering if this white one is actually a rooster and not a hen. It has been crowing a fair amount (morning and throughout the day), and I have noticed it herding the other chickens around on occasion. When we go out to put them in their coop in the evening, it doesn’t act any differently towards us than the other chickens. Can you help me identify both the breed and the gender? It is hard to get a good photo but I can try to get one if needed.
I would also be curious about the other two. Is the yellow one an Orpington? Thank you very much. View attachment 2421378View attachment 2421378View attachment 2421379View attachment 2421380View attachment 2421381View attachment 2421382
X2Agree with Buff Orp and Silkie mix.
Thinking the black one is also a Silkie mix.
Cream legbars have barring, single combs, and definitely don’t have black skin or muffs. The roo looks like a crested cream leg bar to me. But I’m positive that the yellow one is a buff orpington
Exactly.Cream legbars have barring, single combs, and definitely don’t have black skin or muffs.
She is a silkie mix, or at least has some silkie in her.I finally got a good picture of the black one, she is a nice looking bird. Any idea what kind?
