I also dont have a full body pic of this little dude but their body structure and color scheme, comb color is the same. They have long necks and long feet and slim bodies. And both of their combs are black in the front.

This is definitely a Rooster. Because its comb and waddle is red.

He is a (male) cockerel for his first year then becomes a rooster when he turns one year old. The same for a (female) pullet then at one year old becomes a hen. Good luck and have fun...
