I’m not planning to let Nugget go anytime soon and am keeping my fingers crossed that by the time he’s actively crowing hubby will have gotten over it because this boy is 100% the favorite of myself and my 6 and 8 year old daughters.

No. No feather feet, and both those have pea combs, so it couldn’t have been.
I have an EE with a single comb. EEs aren’t a breed, so there are no characteristics really.

Probably. EEs normally have a pretty unique appearance to them, and a Brahma mixed with an EE would be an EE.
