What breed and gender?

Heya! So I'm just looking for a second opinion on my baby here. Her name is Pidgeon and she's around 4 months old. I've been debating with my mom on whether she's a hen or a roo for the past 2 months We both agreed on her being a roo... but now I'm not so sure

I'm also wondering if anyone might have any better idea than me on her breed. Last time I weighed her, she was 1.1 Lbs at 3 months. I'm guessing Easter Egger or Ameraucana but she's a rescue bird so I've got no info on where she actually comes from

I have plenty of other pictures if they'd help!
