What breed and gender?

Mystery chick who I think may be a rooster, and mom thinks may be a hen. Feathers on back end are rounded like a hen, bluish legs and no spur bumps like on bard rocks, red wattles though and a big comb? Age: going on 8 weeks
Please end this debate! And please let me be able to go

Yeah I know, im just kinda in shock thats all, because this was a packing peanut bird. I was expecting all roosters so this is a wonderful surprise!
