Do you have any better photos? These are too dark and far away to tell breed. If you look at the top of this forum there's a "sticky" thread that explains what photos are best to use.
Even if your bird doesn't stay still and isn't tame, you can hold it by its feet out at arms length and get some decent pictures.
This is the baby pic it is the one in the center with a light brown spot on it's head, brown down the center of it's back and pretty grey on the wings.
